no one is gonna think this is as cool as i do, but i found a pseudoscorpion! and while i was chasing it around taking pictures of it it popped out some babies. i put a dime next to them for scale. 
also i need to get a macro lens for my camera….

Babies!!  I of course, agree, super cool.  I’m wondering now about their life cycle.. were the babies being taken care of by the mother like some true scorpions?  I would assume they would hatch from eggs and not pop out of the mother.  Anyone know?

“After  the mating period, the female carries the fertilized egg in a  brood  pouch that is attached to her abdomen. When the egg hatches, the  young  ride on its mother for some time.”
It doesn’t specify if the mother actually cares for the offspring,  however, or if they’re just hitching a ride the way adult cling to flies  to get around.”“

So that’s who is living in my bathroom at the moment, a pseudoscorpion.
